01. PROJECT OVERVIEW

Architectural Concept & Delivery Scope

As part of the mega New Delta agricultural reclamation initiative, Al Bahaa Construction executed the supply, trenching, laying, and testing of a massive 2,500 mm diameter prestressed concrete cylinder pipeline (PCCP).

This strategic transmission line delivers raw water across challenging desert topography, utilizing precision laser alignment, specialized heavy lifting cranes, and hydrostatic pressure testing to ensure long-term durability and leak-free transmission.

02. ENGINEERING HIGHLIGHTS

Key Technical Disciplines & Innovations

  • 2,500 mm diameter prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) execution.
  • Extensive deep-trench earthworks and specialized bedding in desert terrain.
