01. PROJECT OVERVIEW

Architectural Concept & Delivery Scope

Large-scale sanitary drainage infrastructure project in Assiut Governorate comprising over 9.4 km of heavy-duty pressurized sewer force mains with diameters reaching 1,000 mm and 1,200 mm. The scheme substantially expands regional wastewater discharge capacity and eliminates environmental hazards in rural communities.

02. ENGINEERING HIGHLIGHTS

Key Technical Disciplines & Innovations

  • Over 9.4 km of large-diameter (1,000 mm & 1,200 mm) pressurized sewer pipelines.
  • High-precision pipe jacking and open-cut excavation across varied soil strata.
  • Reinforced concrete valve chambers, washout chambers, and air valve assemblies.
  • Hydrostatic pressure testing and non-destructive weld inspections.
